You may come back to these Terms for a refresher and to ensure you're informed and up to date on any the stipulations of our contractual agreement.

Access & Communications

You will be able to access parts of the website without having to register any details with us. However, to purchase and download digital products and use voucher codes, you must be a registered user. By no means can any of our voucher codes be shared either via email or social media or any other means. Anyone who is unauthorized to share our codes and is found to do so will be removed and barred from our system without notice.

By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Any tickets or reservations for live, in-person events purchased through a third party site will also be final unless the event itself is cancelled by the organizer, in which case you will be refunded the amount paid for your ticket and will also receive advanced notice for the next event available for your area so you can reserve your space ahead of time.

Eligibility for Products and Services

To be eligible to use the membership portal on our site site and enter any legal contracts, you must fit the eligibility criteria.

AVIRA’S private mentorship programs, business development workshops, 1:1 coaching services are not available to:

• “Minors” under the age of 18 and

• Those who are unable to enter into binding contracts themselves.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Website or inquire of a service or offering with the prior communication with the workshop facilitator and written consent from a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, you may not use the service provided by Avira Life Co. or the site.
